I've got a wonderful candidate that owns a travel agency. She is thinking of giving her agency an edge by offering our inLife amazing electronic cigarette to customers purchasing tickets. Her question is, will the be allowed if the person does purchase one. </p> <p>That’s a good question. My experience is there is not policy that allows/or disallows these devices to be used in any public place. Because they are not cigarettes, they can technically use them anywhere. But, having said that, “approval” is sometimes on a case-by-case basis and sometimes based on an airline hostess or crewmember personal feelings and “authority”. </p> <p>For the most part, I’ve not experienced any crew member or terminal authority restricting the use of these in public. I think they are starting to become better known and more readily accepted.
