I found that just taking a scoop with a standard kitchen fork and placing it in the tea ball was the right amount for me. As a distributor though I had to try our tea if I was going to promote it. I drink my tea black and I have to say that I was very pleasently surprised. This Wulong tea has a very smooth taste. I even let it cool on purpose to see if it would be bitter then and "not at all" No bitterness. no film on top, just a great taste.
