This is the perfect conversation you should have with each of your key downline each week until they start having that conversation with themselves every week. The other part of that conversation should be who are your 4-5 key producers that you're working with and what are their statistics? If each ID that is serious had that same conversation all the way down, the numbers would be off the charts.

This is a relayed conversation i had the other day with DJC. It had an impact on me and I relayed its contents in several phone conversation with my leaders over the next few days and got a similar reaction.

So Thanks David. I think this is so 'second nature' that you didn't realise how important it was when you said it!

Interesting fact to relay to your teams

Do NOT invite people to view the presentation more than 48 hours before its start time.

i.e. for Mondays, invite people on Sunday...etc...

Also good for teams is to keep stats on

1. number of people called
2. number who said they would view the call
3. numbers who attended
4. Numbers who you closed and joined the business

These ratios will help you identify where people need help and where there skills are good. I know I have repeated this to a few people but i will put it on paper so you can use it if you want.

A conversation between a leader and his personally enrolled ID

Leader: So how many calls did you manage to make this week?

ID: 60

Leader: Great, How many said they would come to the call?

ID: 20

Leader: How many came?

ID: 2

Leader: And how many did you close into the business

ID: 2

Leader: Ok, lets look at the figures. Your approach was 33% which is within a good margin. Your Hold up ( Number attending from those who said they would 2/20 or 10%) is 10% and your close was 100 %

Where do you think you need to improve your skills?

ID: Hold Up?

Leader: Thats right.

Simple stats to keep. Powerful stats in identifying where you and your team are doing well and where skills need to be improved.
