anybody else lost?

    I can't figure out this new site. Seems to be more difficult than before.

    I was able to change my password and check out all the reports and sites. The problem now is that it wont let in again.
    It can' fine my user name.
    I don't know what to do. I will give it some time and see what happens.
    You are right, I don't understand some of the reports and I can' fine my down line.

    You'll need some patience on this. Corporate is working on it. I've got about 5 people that can't logon even with their new password. Go to your website and go to support and send them a help request so they can track the problems and fix them for everyone.

    Regarding the reports, corporate is planning a traning class next wednesday night. But, it is a bit more complex thant the older layout. the good news is that this new softward allows them to really create almost any type reporting layout we like.

    Let's give it a chance.

    I have to say that when I first logged in with the new password I was lost too. I searched around a bit and then I remembered that you have to click on the "my accounts" tab in the very upper right hand corner and this will allow you to edit your info. Once I did this and changed my password back I was able to log in again with my old password and then search the site, It is going to take a bit of getting used to, but I think it is going to be an easy site to work with once we get used to it

    we had alot of trouble with signing in password crapola too.... check with neil - he is the one that got us hooked up with no problem!!! hope that helps!!

    The new software will take a little time to get used to, like everything else that we change in our lives :) Make sure that when you get into the mew back office that you go to "My Account" in the very top right hand corner and check all of your personal information, including address, phone, credit card info..etc. I found that the system changed my physical address to my billing address so I had to fix in all of my accounts. Double check your autoship section too and look at the date. You may need to set the next date of shipment for the first time. I had to do it on one of my accounts. The new autoship section will be a breeze once you get used to it. As far as the reports - as of right now, you will probably have to click that link that takes you to the old back office as they are porting all of our downline and report info over. This will be an amazing addition as we all get used to using this new system. Just remember, being the pioneers in the industry means blazing the trail and making the road smooth! We will all be sitting back and laughing as we tell new distributors getting in the business 2 yrs from now all of the things we went through to get to that point. :) If I can help, please let me know.
