If everybody is always using the exact same link text across numerous sites and numerous posts Google will detect that and take all of the sites related out of the search results.
If you want to get traffic to you own blog you're going to need to create some high quality, longer articles. Seriously consider using video. You can use a Flip camera to interview people about ecigs, or even just talk about the topics yourself on camera. I know this all seems like a lot of work.
