Well, I got my electronic cigarette back from my friend. She said she had a time getting used to it. She isn't sure it is for her at this time, but I let her know she can try it again later if she changes her mind. That does not discourage me in the least...there are others out there who also need to hear about this product, as well as the coffee.

Yes, transitioning over takes a bit of time. But, I tell everyone that, just like when you first learned to smoke cigarettes, it took you time to develop the habit. This is a new habit, but one worth making. Here's a document we put together that we give out to everyone that is thinking about purchasing one, or just purchased one. If you send me your e-mail address, I'd be happy to send you a copy in MS Word 2003 so you can use it.

While your amazing new inLife Electronic Cigarette looks, acts, and feels much like a tobacco cigarette, it is a little different from the tobacco cigarettes you’ve smoked. Here are a few nuances to know so you’ll to get the maximum enjoyment from the device.
• Make sure you read the operating manual.
• Be sure your battery is charged overnight (at least 8 hours) before using it for the first time. Otherwise, the ability of the battery to provide full power throughout its life will be reduced. The first time, even if the red light on the charger turns green before 8 hours, leave it plugged in for the full 8 hours. Be sure the battery is screwed snuggly into the charger.
• Charge your battery every night. After the initial charge, it takes 2-3 hours to recharge it. Don’t worry, you can’t overcharge it. Consider getting an extra battery so you’ll always have one ready to go.
• Once you decide on a nicotine level, order replacement cartridges right away. That way you’ll have cartridges right away and you won’t have to worry about running out. Determine the number of cartridge packs you’ll need each month. A 1-pack a day cigarette smoker will need 4-5 cartridge packs a month, much like purchasing cartons of tobacco cigarettes. You’re not wasting unsmoked cigarettes, because the unused “puffs” are still in the cartridge. So, you’ll usually get more from a cartridge than you think. Remember, you can’t buy these at the local store, so you need to order them on line right away.
• Watch out for “First Day Excitement”: At first, you’ll be excited and sometimes puff more on this amazing new device than you might on a regular cigarette. New users sometimes go through the equivalent of a couple cigarettes before even realizing it.
Use the inLife device just as you would smoke a regular cigarette. Take the puffs you need (usually 10-14, sometimes even less) until your body is satisfied with the nicotine intake. Then put it down for 30-60 minutes, or whatever time you normally take between regular cigarettes. In just a short time you’ll stabilize your smoking new habits with this great product. If you’re body is not satisfied with 10 puffs, consider going to a higher nicotine level cartridge.
• The electronic cigarettes employ a Lithium-ion rechargeable battery to power the heating element in the atomizer. The battery also contains an electronic airflow sensor and various other electronic circuits, such as a timed cutoff switch to prevent overheating, and an LED on the tip to signal activation of the device. If your battery stops working, the safety switch may have activated. Simply wait for it cool down for a minute or two and you’re good to go.
• Change your cartridge when it begins to dry out so that you don’t burn out your atomizer. The cartridge should look dark and moist. If it looks like white cotton, and is dry, it’s time to change it. If you continue to puff on it with a dry cartridge you will get some vapor. But, what’s happening is that you’re burning pit the atomizer prematurely. The best thing to do is check your cartridge at least once a day and throw it out if it’s dry and not giving you the nice puffy “smoke” you were getting when it was new.
Good luck and enjoy smoking without the 4,000 chemicals and 63 carcinogens of tobacco cigarettes.
