Hey Steve, Fantastic job on the business briefing, I like the way you have changed it up as it gives new people just enough info to be interested in getting back with the person that invited them to find out more, As well if they choose to stay on for the second half hour they are listening to some testimonials from the leaders like yourself , David, Denny and others. To me this is a great way to go.

Thanks Randy. It was fun, although a bit hectic getting prepared with only 1 hour to do it. I agree, the shorter presentation makes sense, followed by an intensive training for all the new ID's. We're still trying to think about the best way to handle that. Maybe we hold weekly classes and break it up into modules, allowing different key leaders, and those wanting to be leaders, to rotate through. What do you think? Maybe you could take a part of one.

I think the short training modules is a good idea, along with the shorter business briefings. I think you were right tonight in that the business breifings were becoming a combination of briefings and trainings and I think it is important to keep them separated a bit as it was tonight. I'm not a great speaker but sure, I'd love to give it a try.
