Can a career, a business and an entrepreneur earn the same? What alternative exists?
Essentially these earning methods are similar in many ways. All require a commitment to a series of goals, followed by in-depth studies to become knowledgeable in the field and then practice, practice, practice to perform in an outstanding manner. However a fundamental difference exists. A career path is usually directed by employers and a business path by a board of directors, while an entrepreneur’s path is often a walk alone. A successful career path equates to the ability to jump hurdles established by others to earn rewards – it is low risk / low reward and low threat. A solid business path identifies market goals, minimizes obstacles, and keeps a well oiled organization functioning while profits are earned – it is higher risk / higher reward and medium threat. The entrepreneur either accepts all risks and threats (or selectively ignores them) for the freedom to be his own person. It is high risk / reward and threat.
The alternative is our team path. It requires all team players perform by helping others who are working to build their own business. It relies on sponsoring, teaching and duplication to build the team. It provides excellent products and study methods allowing each member to become a peer team player and a top earner at his own speed. It rewards all players based on how they and their team perform. The team method is low risk / high reward and no threat.
