Hi Veronica, I knew this was FDA approved, but I wasn't aware that it was approved for smoking cessation. This is huge. Gino has told me that the Infocus is also approved for Canada but there are still some technical things to work out so I can hardly wait.
    Great Article

It is approved by the FDA as a cessation product. It's also approved for consumption for 12 years old and above. But, I think inLife will be taking the high road on both these issues and not promoting the drink for either purpose. We'll have to wait until they announce it formally later this week. So, I would suggest we be a bit careful what we say about either of these two topics right now.

Yes, I agree! We certainly do not want to raise any eyebrows by marketing to children of course :) However, one thedoctors get a hold of this product....they may choose to promote if for "focus" issues! Especially since the nicotine formula is a homeopathic! Very exciting product!!

I spoke with cofounder Gino Ferrare today regarding inFocus and he asked that I clarify the company’s position regarding this incredible new product. First, it is FDA registered as a homeopathic nicotinum complex formula. It is not FDA approved. Additionally, the modified nicotine molecule is not to be presented as non addictive. In fact, it is inFocus that is non addictive. Next, inLife is not and will not be marketing inFocus as a cessation (or quit smoking) product. In keeping with the company’s conservative approach, inLife is marketing inFocus as another logical alternative to smoking. For further details on the product and the company’s official marketing language, Gino encourages all to review inFocus by viewing the new, online video and the Products link of the replicated website.
