Prospecting is the life blood of our business, without it NOTHING happens. If we don’t prospect we don’t enroll, if we don’t enroll we don’t sponsor, if there is nobody to sponsor there is no duplication…I think you get the idea.
Most people have a tremendous fear of rejection that leaves them paralyzed or frozen in a state of do-nothing-ness. Because to have never tried is to have never failed, and that is so much more comfortable or easier for a lot of people. Prospecting for many people requires them leaving their comfort zone.
There could be several reasons for those on your team who are a little shy on the prospecting trigger. I really believe the biggest of all, believe it or not…they themselves don’t really…REALLY believe in the business 100%. They haven’t bought into the idea that they CAN make 50k/month or that they CAN replace their “real” job with this one. Or even that they CAN make a couple thousand dollars extra each month.
Talk to them about “starting with the end in mind” and about their personal goals. If they did believe, think how empowered that would make them. They would want to share this business with everybody because they KNOW they are sharing what is truly a life changing experience.

IF YOU CAN I WILL GIVE YOU $50,000… OF COURSE THEY CAN NOW…SO SEE,YOU ALWAYS CAN IF YOU WANT TO…SUCCESS IS A CHOICE.
