the idea is to put together a small pdf pack to go with it..
this would include a distributor app so you dont have to 'fiddle' with multiple apps on the computer ...the paperwork can be input when everyone has gone home..
also include a commitment declaration + boxes to fill in 5-10 friends contacts + date for follow up appointment to go through the website etc..
if we book two days for coffee morning...say a Sat at 11 and Tues at 11 you can use an invite script along the lines.." Hi Doris, How are you?....Listen, I am thinking about holding a coffee morning next week for a few girlfriends...I would love you to come....I haven't set the date yet...which would suit you best.....Sat or tues?"
